Miley Cyrus will release the world premiere of her new single, “Can’t Be Tamed,” this Friday (April 30) at 12pm ET/9am PT on MySpace Music.

Her album of the same name will be released on June 22 via Hollywood Records.

“Can’t Be Tamed” will arrive to the radio May 3, and will be available on iTunes May 18. The self-empowering song has Miley asserting that she has to stay true to herself in relationships.

Tim & Antonina produced and co-wrote “Can’t Be Tamed” with Miley, and the video was directed by Robert Hales (who also made videos for Justin Timberlake, Gnarls Barkley, Kings of Leon).

Plot: The cast learn about eating healthier and someone doesn't agree. Grady keeps eating sugar and sweets but doesn't believe that it will make a difference to him. After Sonny shows him what happened to a person who ate too much sugar Grady changes his mind about sugar.

"Gummy With A Chance" airs Sunday, May 9th

Plot: Tawni tries to ban gum from the "So Random!" set, even though Sonny has a tradition of chewing gum before every episode. Meanwhile, Chad's going green and tricks Nico and Grady to use his personal gym and give power to Chad's dressing room.

"Random Acts of Disrespect" airs Sunday, May 16th.

Plot: When Grace (Estelle Harris), an elderly woman, wins the “Be So Random for a Day” contest, the So Random! cast ends up planning an “old geezer” sketch that not only offends Grace and her entire retirement home, but all elderly people. After an on-air apology makes things worse, Grace and her friends turn the tables and play a practical joke on the cast. Meanwhile, Chad (Sterling Knight) attempts to help a group of kids with their fear of clowns (Coulrophobia) and ends up looking like one himself.

"The Lady & the Vamp" airs Sunday, May 23rd .

Plot: While Sonny pretends to date Grady to make his older brother leave her alone, Nico gets upset about it and hangs out with Tawni for the weekend. Meanwhile, Chad does a commercial for a nasty candy bar. He thinks that it gives people safari vision, but it is only a prank by Tawni and Nico. Later, Sonny goes on a date with 'Tridark' star Jackson Tyler to only find out he is a total jerk.

Plot: Chad is working to gain 1 million fans on "Flitter" because he only has 800,000. Since Chad and Sonny are dating, his fan base has dropped. Amber (Raven-Symoné), Chad's fan club president, comes in and tries to help him by savetaging the randoms.

Plot: Alex (Gomez) and new friend Stevie (Kiyoko) ask Justin (David Henrie), as student body president, to bring lunchtime concerts to their school. But after he delivers smooth jazz bands rather than the rock groups they wanted, Alex and Stevie take matters into their own hands.
